Very cool smart oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After thorough use of this stove, I'm pretty impressed. The oven heats quickly and evenly and if you open it, its quick to get back to the precise temperature you had it set to. I highly recommend you link the oven via wifi to their app because the whole point is that it's a smart oven, thus simplifying your life and making cooking way more convenient. You can remotely preheat the oven -- like, you can be on your way home and start preheating it.
Then there's preset temperature functions for different types of food, which is super convenient, because then you don't need to look up what temperature and amount of time different foods need to be cooked at. For me, pretty much every time I cook any meat or fish or roast, even if I've cooked it before, I still have to look up how long and at what temperature to cook things, so this oven completely saves me.
I like the temperature probe that comes with the oven for easy remote viewing of internal temperatures of meats/fish. When I first saw the probe I thought it was too short, but no the length is PERFECT because if it was longer it would just drop to the bottom of the oven. Stovetop heats quickly, and cleans easily. Physically a good-looking oven that would be an attractive and impressive addition to any kitchen. Overall 10/10

Great stove

I love my stove, the only issue I have is that the dial for the oven can be easily turned on if you lean too close to the control panel. It happened twice. They should have a lock that prevents this from happening specially when you are not familiar with the stove.

App is required for full functions and the app sux

Sorry for the "sux" but the title isn't long enough to allow me to be informative. You will not be able to do anything more that knob based functions without the app so you won't know when it's fully preheated, you can't monitor cooking temps with the included probe and you can't use invection since it's not an option on the knob. The app sucks because I've asked to validate the required email address four times with no luck and without validation the app does nothing. It also requires that you enter your full email and password every time which is rediculous since I typically cook multiple time per day. I took delivery of this range several hours ago and I'm inclined to return it tomorrow since the app is required and the app doesn't work. Modern equipment should at least function these days with our without an app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Haier airfry convection range

The actual stove is beautiful very beautiful but you cannot use it for the features that we bought it for which is air fry and convection because their app doesn't work so unless their app is working you can't cook with the air frying mode or the convection mode so we had it two or three weeks and we can never use those functions says that the app has a bug and that the owner of the app has to fix the bug who wants to only be able to use their phone if the app is working correctly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

no oven cleaning, no cooktop control, bad support

we purchased this believing that the cooktop was also wifi monitored/controlled -- it is not. Compared to our 2005 GE stove the oven cleaning function ("steam clean") does not work -- sets and heats water in the bottom of the oven for 30 minutes and does nothing. Previous GE self-cleaning actually cleaned the oven. This new unit just wastes energy. Contacted support re wifi connection and air fry function, case created, no response

We regret that there was any confusion over the WiFi capability for the range. That option is meant to allow you to control the oven at this time; if you had any difficulty with that or have further questions, we do have a support line for WiFi related questions; they can be reached at 1-800-220-6899 or over email at connected@help.geappliances.com. Your feedback regarding not having this option for the cooktop will be reviewed for possible future adjustment.

Regarding the cleaning option for the oven, the Steam Clean feature is best used for cleaning light soil from the oven interior. We would recommend wiping excess grease and soils from the oven first, then adding a cup of water to the bottom of the oven. When the Steam Clean cycle is finished, you can then easily wipe the moisture-softened soil deposits from the oven. Further details on using this function are available in the use and care manual. Your feedback regarding this option will certainly also be sent to our Cooking Products Design team for review.
