1. Laptop freezes often, have to restart several times

We had previously been an all Dell shop, but I decided to try out this model with their thunderbolt dock for their office. They are beautiful, lightweight, pleasant to use, and have plenty of power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to upgrade my existing work laptop. Dragonfly has worked very well since setting it up. Unfortunately, I am not traveling due to Covid, so the I can't enjoy what I expect to be the real benefit of the Dragonfly for me. I will say the buying and provisioning experience was not ideal, but bottom like, I have the laptop and it is running well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
