I LOVE THIS COFFEEMAKER! But I could not give it 5 stars since the carafe leaks when pouring coffee. This has been an ongoing issue so I hope it can be corrected with future models.

I love to have my coffee ready when I get up, and this one always does it. I just fix my blend in the evening, set the automatic time, and the lenght the coffed should stay on, I'm all set. One other thing is I perfer using paper filters, in my opinion, the metal ones change the taste a bit, so in this model I can achieve every thing I want and need for my morning coffee.

In no way am I a coffee connoisseur. But , I couldn't use enough coffee to get any coffee tast. I was adding 10-12 tablespoons for a 5 cup pot. It just wasn't strong enough. However, it did keep the coffee hot, which is a great feature. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was sent back.
