Love the art. The app? Meh!

Our first week and so much love adding new paintings each day. I stand and stare at the beautiful colors, without people taking selfies and walking in front of me. At less than the price of an iPad, it is a great addition. The app, however, is buggy and freezes. Recommend using a toggle bolt for hanging the swivel mount rather than the enclosed plastic screw anchors.
This digital canvas is so incredible, it inspired me to upgrade my camera and take photography classes. That is how incredible it is to see photos and art beautifully displayed on this Meural Canvas. The frame, matte, and display all work together well. Now I need to take all those past vacations over again so I can take better quality pictures!

Worth the great deal of trouble.

I bought the Meural several months ago and could not get it to work. Your tech had the patient of a saint but, in the end, after I had wasted at least 9 hours on line, we gave up. It was also a pain and expense to return the lemon; however, the replacement was perfect and we have been enjoying it ever since. Except for the trouble, it is even better than advertised. I will buy a second one for Christmas to use for personal photos.
This is truly a beautiful product… We originally thought we would only use it to display our own pictures… But have really grown to enjoy the various museum in gallery art as well. Couldn’t be happier.
Just wish the power brick were a little more discreet.

I purchased the Meural 14 months ago, but waited until I could get an electrician to install a recessed outlet before actually mounting it. I spent ample time and money on this setup. For the Meural Canvas to die 5 months after installing it was heartbreaking. Netgear refuse to help since it is outside of the 13 month warranty period. I will not be purchasing any more Netgear products going forward.
SD cards never worked. After spending several hours working with NetGear support, they decided the Meural hardware was defective, and recommended a warranty return. That's when I found out NetGear's warranty requires that the buyer pays for shipping to return defective products. Since multiple buyers report SD card problems, I suspect this is actually a software problem, and there's no point in returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set up and great picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this canvas to hang in our formal living room and it has exceeded our expectations! The instructions are very simple and the app is easy to navigate. I can use the sample pictures or even rotate some of my own pictures. There are so many features to customize this frame as well such as adjusting the brightness of the images. This is great quality and is well made.

Almost the real pictures

Great canvas, almost like the real one. Even with the texture, it seems like the collection of whole art museum.
