Left ear stops working

I used to be a big fan of Marshmallow headphones because I find other headphones hurt my ears so I went and got a pair of these Bluetooth headphones. They’re just as comfortable thanks to the memory phone that no other company seems to use. However, the left earbud stopped working after about a month. I had them replaced thinking I got a lemon, but the replacement did the exact same thing after roughly the same amount of time. It’s clearly a defect in the product itself.

Earbuds hurt my ears

Not recommend The earbuds hurt my ears. I found this problem yesterday when I opened the package. However, the return policy of the supplier is not returnable for earphone when is opened. As a consumer, how can you find the problem (such as earbuds hurting) without opening the package? This model HA-FX35BT-B is not recommended because the earbuds hurt ears and make you very uncomfortable. I used HA-FX65BN-B before, which did not have this problem of hurting ears.
