How did I live without this in my life

I travel for work. Gone a week at a time. The last thing I did Saturday was mow the grass and the first thing when I get home... mow the grass. The 115H works great. I don't ever see me not having an husqvarna automower. Every other week I trim and that's only about 10 mins tops because the automower goes under my 2 rail split rail fence. I cannot say how satisfied I am with this product. For this being a entry level machine, it has enough options to customize how far the unit travels past the boundary wire. The husqvarna dealer (LKN of Lake Norman) installed the wire and Lindsey went through the controls and even called me later in the week and asked if everything was fine. My neighbors were skeptical but now they say how nice the yard looks. Would buy again no questions asked.
Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight, Easy to Maintain, Reduced Noise, Quality Construction, Reliable

Excellent all inclusive robolawn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Husqvarna 115H includes the installation kit which made the diy installation easier. There is little to no programming being the guide and boundary wiring keeps the robolawn where needs to be. What it needs to improve is the anti theft features; louder alarm and the option to install a GPS.

An extra hour(or two) is well worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Entering the 2nd season of owning the Automower 115H. Very pleased that the mower (nicknamed "Varna") got right back to work following winter storage/after fully charging the battery. Very simply- the product performs as advertised. "Varna" typically runs on a daily schedule between 4-6 hours (I use the Automower Connect app on my iPhone). Though it can operate during rainstorms, I prefer to park it (inside it's custom-built mower garage) to avoid any potential weather-induced issues.That schedule maintains my lawn at a uniform height - the lawn ALWAYS looks like it has been freshly cut,all the time. I've always cut grass using push/self-propelled gasoline mowers. After seeing the Automower demonstration model at Lowe's one day 3 years ago, I began to entertain the idea of owning one. After a particularly hot and muggy summer that year, I took a leap of faith the following year and haven't looked back. I still own a mower and use it jst to mow some very hilly areas on my property where Varna finds it tough to navigate. All told, my time spent behind a gas mower has gone from 2-3 hours every Saturday to ~30 minutes every other week (because I am a perfectionist when it comes to my lawn). Really happy with my purchase and am considering upgrading to the next higher model.would (and HAVE) recommended this product to several friends.

A great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hans recently completed his 2nd cutting season and is "wintering" in my garage. Other than changing cutting blades a few times, he's been virtually problem-free, although he's drawn way too much attention from some of my neighbors. The app makes it easy to check status and adjust the cutting schedule when it's needed. I believe that my lawn has even thickened in a few spots. I consider this as money well-spent.

Below some items worth reviewing based on my 1st season of using the automower if you plan on doing a self install.
-The 30min installation video on youtube is very informative and i recommend watching it several times until you get confidence in your understanding of planning islands, locations of the charging station, layout of the boundary and guide wires.
- Buy or borrow one of those lawn edge "trencher"s to lay the boundary wire a few inches underground. It makes for a more aesthetic install and prevents animals like ground hogs go crazy and chewing it off. I did it the way shown in the video and had to cover exposed wire with soil and mulch
- if you have small isolated islands, or long strips on one side of a driveway or tight areas such as around a mailbox on the sidewalk, consider covering up those areas with mulch ... meaning eliinate those areas as a place to mowe there by simplifying the layout to reduce complex and extra wiring.
- pay special attention to the placement of the guide wire. It should travel thru all sections of the lawn so that the mower does not end up spending excessive time (> 10%) searching the charging station.
- keep in mind that the specs are in meters and you will most likely measure in feet so write down the measurements on your wiring plan accordingly.
-use google maps satellite view to get a true picture of your property to design the wiring layout and placement of your charging station
- keep some 10 feet of wire and connectors as spare in case you need to patch a cut.
- remember to make a loop where you will connect the guide wire to the boundary wire otherwise the connectors may not align properly

A few things that can be improved
-the app does not have a way of setting the mode (such as spot cutting) so you have to do it on the keypad on the mower which is difficult read because of the small letters especially in bright daylight
-The mower does not have a cover for the back panel where the wires attach to the charger. It develops spider webs and gets wet in the rain. I think its a meager savings.
-The charging plates get wet when it rains and the mower stops working. You then are left wondering if it is broke. It resumes operation once it dries out.
-sometimes the charging plate does not engage with the charger and the mower just sits stuck at a certain % of charge making you wonder why it has not resumed work. You have to wiggle it until you see the charging % increase

OMG AMAZING PRODUCT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Which might take a while if you're doing it on your own. My yard presented some narrow passage ways that took some work to figure out how to make it get through. Once we got it all figured out and the timing right, this thing has been great. The only complaint I have with it is that on the highest cutting setting, the front is tilted enough for the mower to easily hang on things or get stuck in a small dip in the yard. Now that I've got it where I want it, I need to work on flattening the yard. Definitely recommend.

I love my Automower!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my automower 115h in early spring. I literally only have to keep blades sharp and mild cleaning and IT does the rest!! The setup was so easy. I watch a couple Husqvarna how videos and 4 hours later it was mowing. Also, husqvarna customer online support was terrific!!! Total positive experience and would recommend to anyone!
