[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how much I'd like one of these, but I love it! It surpassed my expectations by a long way, so much so that I bought a second one. This being the 'dumb'est of them, I had low expectations, but even as it is, it rarely misses a spot. It's basically silent, you wont hear it at night even with the windows open (Except when it runs in to things). My only negative is that it can't do the edges, but thats not a fault against it since I knew that when I bought it. Great little machine.

Ground wire is a huge problem.

I bought this Mower in the middle of July 2023, I'm writing this review in the beginning of October 2023, that's about 75 days (keep this in mind for later reference). This product sounds good in concept but the biggest problem is the laying and maintenance of the ground wire. It required many, many hours of crouching and crawling on the ground to lay it out and stake properly, and then many more hours of rearranging and restaking in order to fine tune it properly and understand where it will and won't go. Then after all that, I kept getting random breaks in the wire which are extremely difficult to locate and then fix with couplers, sometimes requiring me to pull hundreds of feet of wire to find, fix and restake. I've had 4 breaks so far, 2 appeared to be from animals chewing through it, 1 from a car tire that went of the side of the driveway and the last 1 I haven't been able to find at all after pulling up about a third of all the wire. So now I'm stuck in a situation where I'll either have to keep pulling it all up until eventually I find it and have to restake it all again, or start all over and lay all new wire, or maybe one of the previous repairs has a problem with it now. Who knows??? Not customer service that's for sure. So I finally decided to throw in the towel and give up. I realize the warranty is only 60 days and this isn't specifically a warranty issue but I decided to call Husqvarna anyway and see if they would do the right thing and just take it back and give me my money back but they said no. Not at all. Nothing. So here's my warning to anyone looking to buy this mower... DON'T DO IT.

115H Auto mower out of box setup DIY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 115h on black Friday. arrived on tues.. promptly. Waited for the spring to install. April 1st I unboxed and all was there with mo. and get this it works day or night wet or dry and just this week to demonstrate it even ware than enough stakes and enough boundary wire for double my property size. read installation instruction which prompts you to plug in and charge unit whilst installing boundary wire "will be ready to go when done". also tells you to cut the lawn to your desired height and put away your mower for the season which i did. I followed the boundary wire installation guide to the tee. downloaded app and started it up. IT works amazingly well. i dont understand why people havent jumped all over these mower. i laugh and giggle to myself as i watch all my neighbors LABOR over their lawns to achieve satisfaction were as I only edge trim once a week (15 minutes max. and my lawn is in the best condition now than it has ever been before. Think about it..... no trimmings to pick up and discard,. no loud 2 cycle mower noise, GREEN compliant, no emission's and get this, cutting my lawn during tropical Henri and never complained. my lawn is always level cut and looks gorgeous all the time. were as my neighbors if they wait to long between cuts it gets crappy looking and a struggle to cut. this does not happen with the auto mower on schedule. i highly recommend this products and find that the WOW factor really brings a lot of interest and inquiry as people catch on...

Cute toy, failure as a mower.

This is a cute toy that is best used as a novelty toy to mow a small round patch of grass. But for actual mowing...no way. I have about 1/4 acre of grass with fenced backyard, trees, garden, etc., which is way more than this robot can handle. First, laying the wire took about 8 hours compared to less than an hour to mow by regular power. Then I had to relandscape my yard to fit the mowers needs...putting in mulch because it can't mow close to the fence, taking out paving stones because it gets stuck on them, leveling one inch bumps that it would get stuck on, etc. But of course it still gets stuck in mulch, sand, soft or wet soil, and spins it's wheels until it digs up and cuts the wire. The wire itself is too fragile for regular outdoor use. I am repairing wire breaks 2 or 3 times a week for the past 3 months. Of course the stupid thing is too stupid to mow the fenced yard without the wire loop. I've spent 5 to 10 times as much time on the machine's needs as I would on regular mowing. Also, my front and back yards are separate so i have to carry the thing from one to the other and then carry it back to charge less than an hour later because the battery really isnt big enough...according to the app, my mower spends more time charging than actively mowing. All this because it mows in a random pattern and so takes about 2 hours a day to adequately mow a front yard that used to take me 12 minutes with a regular mower. If you're lucky enough to have enough money for a putting green in your back yard, I would certainly recommend (for the green only). For the rest of us, this is too expensive for a toy and worthless as a lawnmower. If you are DIY realize that you are now Husqvarnas gopher every time this thing gets lifted or stuck in the corner or the battery runs down or whatever and you have to run and fix it. If you aren't DIY then put the service number on speed dial and just give them you credit card.

Our new pet “Husky” arrived!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so happy when our new pet “Husky” automower arrived. Husky was ready to play after about 4 hours. He is loyal and stays in the yard. He doesn’t bark. He comes when he’s called. He is safe around kids and adults. He likes to play and work in the sun and rain. We enjoy sitting on the porch looking to see where he is and where he goes next. He tucks himself in for naps about every hour to hour and a half, and he sleeps for about 30 minutes or so. Husky is the best!
