Installation isn't the easiest but I still like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation is tedious. I'm disabled and needed to hire someone. I feel like it should use GPS like the new electric fences use. But after set up and installation it is pretty great. Definitely love that it can cut your lawn quietly while you sleep

This is my second 115H, I use two at the same time for my yard plan. This second unit defiantly works different than the first one I put in about a month earlier by a long way. The difference is in the behavior of the unit, just behaves so differently than the first one. The first one seems on top of the game, the second one seems confused often, takes much longer to accept commands from the app, it got lost yesterday following the guidewire during return home and just drove off and decided not to park. If my second unit had been my first unit, probably would not have been a second unit. Going to keep working with it and see if it will wake up one day and perform better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got an Empty Battery error message. my automower has only been working since March 2024 and has 127 hours of total run time. I certainly want a product with a battery that will not be dead after such a short usage period

Works pretty well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need to make sure you have a comfort level with tech to troubleshoot things going wrong with this machine. They can be resolved like as with a printer or internet modem. Digging boundary wire is not easy. If you are not up to the task - I'd go for the newer models which are wireless. My first machine died after 2 years because I didn't cover it in the winter. Trying again with a new one! This time, will make it a house. It should be a requirement or have a stronger warning about it.

Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing has been working for me for 3 years amazingly well. I bought a tone tester to detect line breaks and maintain the guide/boundary wires. That is key. The mower just works and my yard constantly looks amazing.
I also swapped out their connectors and used spade connectors to keep the guide/boundary connections better secured. I would love to try their higher end models in the future.
