Very disappointed with the small screen size. Didn't realize I would have to go to an Apple Store if I encountered any repair issues.

I was very disgusted when I opened the box to find now headphones and no power cord. With this phone not having headphone jack, I have no headphones now. I purchased the same phone for my dad a week later at wal mart, and amazingly, headphones and new plug. I will not buy a phone from your site again. This could have been noted on the site and I would fully expect headphones and power cord to come with a new product.

We encourage you to re‑use your current USB‑A to Lightning cables, power adapters, and headphones which are compatible with this iPhone. But if you need any new Apple power adapters or headphones, they are available for purchase.

I bought this a month ago and it still seems to be working fine I would recommend for anyone who needs a cheap work phone or an everyday use phone that you don’t have to worry about costing a fortune if you break it.
