They don't tell you it comes with a useless 5W charger. As worst, a useless 2' power cord to dangle it from the wall outlet. Had to wait 12 hours to fully charge to get about 1 hour of use. not enough to even get thru setup. wont run any software i need. cant use earphones while its charging. it goes on...
When you buy an Apple, you buy it twice! Expensive pretty pieces of useless glued together devices that require a suitcase full of new cables, adaptors & peripherals to lug around just to use them. just like their computers! Sending Back!!

Compré tres teléfonos el día 4 de diciembre y me salieron con piezas faltantes en Esta página de internet me sale que iban a traer los audífonos y el cargador completo dos celulares me salieron con todos los artículos pero uno me salió sin audífonos y sin la cabecita estuve intentando solucionar el problema por más de dos semanas y no quise solucionármelo le echaron la culpa Apple y el último nada más me agregaron unos días más a mi saldo me dijeron que podía regresar el celular pero tenía yo que pagar manejo y envío obviamente yo bien estaba cansada y no quise hacer nada de eso yo recomiendo que lean bien las instrucciones y que tome la decisión si comprarlo o no si yo hubiera sabido que no tendría audífonos y el cargador completo y yo pues hubiera tomado la decisión siSi comprarlo o no pero me estaban echando mentiras en la página web es lo único que tengo en contra de ellos el estrés de tres semanas casi

If you've never had an i-Phone- I do not recommend

I bought this about a month ago, and have nearly thrown it out the window several times. The i-phone operation system is nothing like the android o/s. (Not intuitive at all) Whole new learning curve - and the frustration makes you feel like going back to another android.
