Win Win! {Even though some of my accessories was not in the box as promised, customer service made a ticket and they have been shipped separately.} I still stick with my rating for my particular standard.

Bought this phone as an early Christmas gift. Died 11 days after we received it for no apparent reason. The phone won’t turn on at all (and yes, it was fully charged). It is being replaced, but only after spending HOURS being switched from one person/company to the next. Not worth the headache!!
