I have been an avid android user and so I was skeptical about switching to an iPhone. But even though the screen is small, the phone is fast and its has great features. Unlike android phones were you have to have apps you do not use, iPhone lets you remove the apps. The camera is always great as well. This phone is also great if you have a budget and the newer phones are out of your price range. I highly recommend this phone.

As much as I HATE the cost of new Iphones, I'm grateful that Apple is making a phone that is more reasonably priced! The previous SE was my first Iphone. This one is greatly improved, although I still loved my old one. It was just getting warmer and warmer each day and the battery (changed once) was draining quickly. But I had the phone for 2 or 3 years. I love that this one is thinner, but a little bit bigger. I've only had it and used it for 2 or 3 weeks so far...but so far, so good! I highly recommend!

The SE 2020 struggles to connect with other wireless networks and that creates communication delays. My old 6 Plus never had trouble (and I am using the same cell phone company)! I am very disappointed in the performance.

The phone was extremely glitchy which is very strange for an iPhone it was brand new supposably and it was so bad that I couldn't even use it I had problems with my iCloud and it was just a total disaster so I'm going to return it for a refund and splurge and buy a better model

Bought this phone as an early Christmas gift. Died 11 days after we received it for no apparent reason. The phone won’t turn on at all (and yes, it was fully charged). It is being replaced, but only after spending HOURS being switched from one person/company to the next. Not worth the headache!!
