I really love my little fan. I like the white color the small size fits anywhere. But the feature I love the most and the reason I bought two is the variable speed feature. I have a big one with variable speed which is wonderful. But I was thrilled to be able to find this one. I have one in my bedroom and it’s perfect. It’s super quiet and even at a low speed works great. Thank you so much for this fan. This brand is the only one I will buy because it’s reliable.

This little guy is handy and efficient. Steady airflow, silent on lower settings and not obnoxiously loud on high. I use it as a personal fan at stationary tasks or while sleeping. Sometimes used in the window or on a stool pointed to the ceiling serving as a full room air circulator sending hot air up and cool air down. It’s small and mighty. Will likely order more for the guest room, kitchen and clothes drying rack.

I've always been a fan of the Vornado variable speed fans, so of course I was really excited to see them bring them back after so many years without. This is my first "mini" variable speed fan and it's perfect! Thanks Vornado!

The 133DC fan provides good airflow for its size: about all that is needed from a desktop fan. The smooth variable speed control is a nice feature. The sound/noise is within expectations for the amount of air it produces: the tone is a little different than typical fans, but it's pleasant enough to be around. I purchased this model mainly for the relatively low power consumption and overall anticipated longevity.

Defective motors?

I received two, the second is worse than the first. For a product that is supposed to be quiet having a defect, or lack of lubrication, or what ever the problem is causing an insane rattling/grinding sound in the motor really defeats the purpose. I want to try the next size up to see if it's clear of this issue but I'm also not enthusiastic about the prospect of getting another defect. These are twice as expensive as the regular models, where is the QC? If it wasn't faulty it would be an amazing product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
