Stylish, quiet and it works!

I had been putting off buying a fan for my desk at work as a lot of the ones I'd seen were ugly. But the summer heat finally got to me so I started looking online for a small fan that would not break the bank and did not take up too much space.
I came across this little gem and thought it looked sleek and matched the modern look of our office. I especially liked the clamp idea since desk space is a premium and I didn't want anything with a large footprint.
When I took this out of the box, first thing I noticed was the weight. It's not heavy, but heavier than a cheap, plastic fan. A colleague next to me said that it looked fancy and inquired about it. After a few attempts, I realized not only was I able to clamp this to my desk (as it if had a base), but also to my cubicle wall sideways and that's exactly what I did.
I like how it has 3 speeds and usually I have it on the lowest speed which is pretty quiet and I am able to take phone calls with it on, but it has enough of a breeze that I am not overheating.
I am considering purchasing a second one for my home office.

Quiet, stylish option for small spaces

I got this to replace a broken clip fan in my bathroom because I liked the design and had great results with Vornado products in the past. after getting it set up, I was surprised by how much quieter this fan was when compared to my old one and enjoy the air output while I'm getting ready in the morning. Highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a fan for small areas where there's a lack of countertop or floor space for fan.

The fan is great. All three speeds are as quiet as you can expect, while still moving a comfortable amount of air.
The swivel leaves something to be desired. The desk clamp is sturdy enough and holds the fan in place, but when trying to adjust the orientation, the grips on the clamp twist along with the part that is meant to twist. It is functional, but a bit of a pain to have to hold the clamp in place while also adjusting the fan.
Overall it was a good purchase. It saves space on an already cramped desk by clipping to the edge, rather than sitting on top. The fan itself is the quality I would expect from Vornado. The biggest area of improvement would be the swivel. If they could include some bearings or something to make it twist a bit more smoothly and easily, it would be a 5 star product.

Wish I could give a “negative” five stars. It’s so small that you can barely feel any breeze at all, even with your face just a few inches away. Not sure why anyone would buy this? Valuable lesson here: Don’t ever buy a fan (or “circulator”) online, just like you should never buy shoes or eyeglasses online. You need to feel it yourself, in-person, to make sure you’re not getting ripped off.

I like the fan but have not been able to use it. It had a plastic/chemical smell. I've been running it almost constantly for a week and the odor has dissipated a bit but not completely. I hope that eventually the smell will go away and I'll be able to use the fan.

Compact yet very powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad I got this fan. I have it clipped to my bedside table. It attached very easily without harming the table. Stays in place very securely. It is a nice small size so it doesn't take up much room. Even though it's small it's very powerful. Easy dial on the back for different levels. Keeps me nice and cool at night. Just what I was looking for!

Great office fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the PIVOT Clip Personal Air Circulator free for review. I set it up in my home office at my desk. It has 3 speeds works great, I love the fact you can turn it any direction possible. I don't have to move it around just adjust to the direction I need it at. It doesn't create much noise at all so there's no distraction.
