3 months in screen went dead. Came back on the day I went to take it back. Died again after another 4 months. By the time I was able it's out of warranty. New screen cost exactly the same as new
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Chromebook has a totally different operating system than what I am used to, but it was very easy to integrate the computer with my current network and printer. The Chromebook is lightning fast and easy to navigate. I really like it.

Acer 315 is great for me

This is about my 5 or 6th Chromebook going back to the first ones. I tend to upgrade when my son needs a new one. I take the new Chromebook and he gets my hand-me-down.
This Acer 315 has been a great value, especially with the touch sensitive screen. I use it more and more, and my PC less and less as I've embraced the cloud culture. I only with it has a bit more RAM.
I would recommend this to a friend!
