I bought this hood and just installed it in my newly renovated kitchen. Hoping to host Christmas 2018 in my home, I had to rush to get my kitchen done. When it came time to install the hood, I opened the box and took it out of all the packaging and noticed that there was a good size dark scratch on the top side of the hood. There was another dark scratch, but smaller, on the other side of the top. I was let down by this but I was forced to continue with the installation if I wanted to host Christmas at my home. I continued with the installation of the hood since the scratch cannot be noticed unless you are a very tall person or are standing on a ladder looking down. Other than this, I really like the hood and the lighting it gives. I like that the 2 bulbs on are the front end of the hood, and not the back, like other models have. I also like the powerful motor it has.

Can a vent hood be beautiful?

I bought this last fall during a major home renovation. The sleek lines and glass shield add a touch of class to a vent hood. The LED lights are wonderful and they help me stay cool when I'm cooking! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the vent motor is very noisy and unbearable on 3rd or 4th speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sexy, yup sexy, and very functional and well made

We purchased this for our new kitchen and it has exceeded our expectations. It's not at all bulky and over bearing, it's sleek, nice curves and the LED lights are nice. The fan speeds move the air as designed.
During installation we were impressed with the quality as well. We are very happy with this.

Besides the great style enhancing my 1950's era kitchen, since I installed this ZLINE 30" glass/stainless steel range hood, with great LED lighting and easy-to-clean S/S filtering system, now whether I broil, fry, boil, or whatever smokey, steamy, flaming food that I cook, one of the four power exhaust settings will ensure that my home's smoke detectors don't sound off while I'm cooking up a meal!

Bring on the kimchi (odiferous food)

I've had this for about a year, and love it more every day. It vents through the wall, a very short distance, so I may have exceptionally good results, but it's terrific. I use very strong eucalyptus oil in my bath, about 10 ft. from the vent, and all I have to do is open the door, turn on the vent, and the smell goes away. When I make coffee to the side of the stove, the steam whisks away. Can't praise it enough!! And when installing, I accidentally threw out a part, and the store sent me a replacement immediately, no charge. Love, love, love! As do my visitors and family and...

This was an excellent selection for our newly remodeled kitchen. The LED lights that came with it are a bonus. My only complaint would be is that it is a little noisy. Ordering and delivery were very simple and quick.

A focal point of my kitchen, but only by mistake

I returned a previously purchased range hood because I opted to go for the ductless to avoid the very long vent that would have been required (I have a vaulted ceiling in my kitchen). I could not be more pleased. It is beautiful and functional. Very few people have come in to my kitchen and not commented on how beautiful this range hood looks. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is needed a ductless system but also wants the upscale look.

After suffering through ordering a range hood 3 TIMES from several well-known big-box stores and being notified that they arrived damaged to the warehouse -- I gave up and went online. Who would have thought there was a vendor just selling range hoods? The appearance is great, fits perfectly in the roughed in space. The air movement is very good as is the lighting.
