I received 4 hood vents all 4 we’re damage in transit it was a beautiful product but I didn’t have the time of using the hood vent, so I give up and cancel the order if they would have a local vendor in Boston MA that I can physically pick it up and inspect for damage , I Would buy one.

bought and install, a great unit. Fans provide a lot of suction and remove a great deal of heat from the grill area. Lights and speed controls are very user friendly, installation was a snap, and the charcoal filters installed very easily. Overall, a very nice product.

This hood is for serious cooking at the same time less noise compare to others in market. More over the size makes the kitchen looks big and professional. Most in the market are 24 inches and doesn't cover the entire range. This one does. Glad we choose the right hood. Hoods are installed only once where as ranges can be changed as many times. The shipping came in a crate and well packed. Kudos to Packing team.

Stock chase extension is considered an “accessory “ and non-returnable. Website is contradictory on whether you need it or not. There is overlap in ceiling height needs.

I ordered the Zline for my kitchen remodel. Even though it was difficult to install, I really like the look in my kitchen. The fan operation is quiet and the lights are nice and bright. Having a more illustrative manual would be helpful.

36" Outdoor/Wall Range Hood (TRHS796-304-36) LED

I purchased this hood in June 2016 for my pool house. The hood is sturdy and appears well built. It works well if just grilling for our family of 3 or 4 when my mom is with us. It will probably handle food for about 8 people. However, it doesn't handle the smoke well when my hubby is grilling for a large group of people like around 20. Maybe I should have gotten a larger hood, but since my grill is only 30", it seemed appropriate to get the 36". The LED lights are nice and has tolerated the heat coming of our grill which gets hot quick!!!
