Just what i was looking for! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect appliance for saving time in the kitchen, in the breakfast area. I am an extremly busy person. Time is a very valuable commodity. This device completely speeds up time for a quick grab it and go breakfast. Add the water, add the eggs, plug it in. Continue with what else i was doing while it makes my eggs, or mixed egg creations similar to what is offered at popular coffee shops, and for a lot less money, and no lines to stsnd in. Perfect!

Great little kitchen helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I ordered this out of curiosity, just for the fun of it. But now I wonder how I lived without it. So useful and a nice compact size that fits neatly in a small cabinet.
I tend to use eggs as a quick, satisfying, high protein breakfast that keeps me going till lunch and poached eggs are a favorite. But I’ve never been happy with the way my poached eggs came out cooked in a pot of simmering water. They would have a messy shape and be soggy. Plus I had to keep an eye on them. This unit solves all those problems.
Pop in an egg bite mixture using your favorite ingredients or drop in an egg for a simple poached egg. Plug in and go do whatever else needs to be done without having to keep an eye on them. It automatically turns off when done and the eggs stay warm under the cover if you don’t get to them right away.
I also like hard boiled egg salad sandwiches but hate peeling. Now I can cook a couple eggs without shells, take them out, cool, cut up and mix up into egg salad for sandwiches or blend into a potato or macaroni salad. So much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Egg Bites Maker is an extremely handy and easy to use product. Included in the box is the egg bites base, tray, lid, water cup, and easy to follow instructions. You simply follow one of the recipes listed in the instructions and fill the cups to the MAX line in the tray, Fill the water cup up with 100ml of water and pour into center reservoir in base, cover with lid and plug egg bites maker into outlet. When the green light turns off, they’re done. Remove lid and tray and let the bites cool for a few minutes before eating. It makes it easy to have a quick, healthy meal for breakfast or anytime. The Hamilton Beach Egg Bites Maker is well made and takes up very little counter space. There really is no reason you shouldn’t have one of these in your kitchen.
