Perfect for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad I got this thing. I’m a single guy who hates to iron but this actually helps me look presentable and saves time. I love that I don’t have to take out a board or anything else, plus it’s portable. This is definitely a good investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first steamer and I love it! It is so easy to use. Simply add water and plug it in. In less then a minute you are steaming your garment. I love the design and the fact that I can maneuver
the handheld in any direction without it leaking. The design is sleek and compact which makes it easy to store and take anywhere.

Good alternative to an iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steamer is very light weight as well as it heats up quick. I love the fact that it is very portable and comes with its own carrying case. Though this is a good alternative to an iron, I did find a few minor issues with it. My biggest complaint would be the placement of the steam button. You have to hold it down for the steam to come out and it is placed on the underside. A good improvement would be if it were possible to lock that button into place temporarily. My other issue was that if you are not careful you spill your distilled water while pouring it into the steamer. The little door is not placed at an angle as well as has a small hole. Solution would be to sell this with a little funnel or cup that would make this an easier task. All in all, it did remove most wrinkles from the highly wrinkled duvet I tried it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg, I have NEVER owned a steamer and this thing is MAGICAL!!! You have to actually hold the steamer TO the item for it to work. I always thought you just held it NEAR the item. WHO knew?! I didn't!!!! I took it out of the box, filled it up with water and called my mom in a video call as I randomly steamed items. For someone as lazy as me when it comes to ironing, I'm a shake and go type person, this steamer is AMAZING!!!!!! So THIS is adulting? Be sure you empty out all of the way completely after and let it air dry. But it's no heavier than a good quality hair curler/flat iron, so I will definitely purchase one for my mom, b/c she can't have MINE.

It was easy to fill up and very lightweight. It got the wrinkles out of my pants easily. I’m so glad I tried this and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel alot for business and was trying to find a steamer that was compact but still worked as well as a full size steamer. This is that steamer! Heats up so quick and easy to use. My other steamer used to drip and spill and became inconvenient. This steamer quickly steamed my shirts and suits with no hassle. My wife loves it too. She steams her delicate work blouses and pants in no time. Its a great steamer thats easy to use, store and travel with. I would not hesitate to recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so surprised how amazing this steamer is, I didn't know Chi even made other products that didn't evolve hair. But this steamer is really great, helps me get all my wrinkles out of my clothes because so much steam comes out. It allows me to finish even faster. Not to mention the design is soo cute, I love the gold accent and the travel bag. Which makes it easy to take it with you when you travel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Didn't meet my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had super high expectations for this steamer since I know CHI has some great hair irons, but it didn't quite meet them. This steamer had some pros: it's pretty lightweight and small, heats up fast, and lets you steam in in any orientation. That last point has its flaws though. It's easier to steam horizontally given the shape of the steam head, but after awhile in that position, my steamer began to rattle and the steam flow would stop until I held it vertically for a bit. This wasn't an issue if I held it vertically the whole time. I also wish there was a way to see the water level. I wouldn't know if it was out of water until the device began to rattle and stop steaming completely. Overall, I think I can find a better handheld steamer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
