This appliance is so much quieter than our old one. Still adapting to the layout of the unit. The top shelf is nice but not much fits. Nowhere to put plastic lids. Whish there was a place that had separators that were closer together for that purpose. And also on the bottom. Less spacers are nice for big items but doesn't hold smaller ones well. Overall a great dishwasher!

Not what I expected from GE

So far, it does not get glasses clean, leaves a film on them. I use Finish and their Finish dry assist. I have used the selection to increase water temp. It doesn't help. Also, this is the first dishwasher I've ever owned that requires me to dis-assemble filters and clean them every other month. If I had known that ahead of time, I would not have purchased the machine! Also machine was supposed to be all stainless in the interior (that was the display model at Home Depot). It is not; only the interior part of the door is stainless, the interior walls are plastic. See comments below.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
