Looks better than it works!

After the 5-6 hour cycle, dishes do not come clean. Need to prewash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quieter than expected & love the bottle sprayers

The GE dishwasher is quieter than expected, registering lower than the advertised 50 dB spec.
The bottle sprayers are a huge plus for us, as the scour the Pyrex measuring, removing the most stubborn of foods.
The 3rd rack is nice for flatware but also for plastic lids, as they do not get "blown around" and stay in place.
Overall, we are happy with this purchase.

Fairly quiet

The base and levelers could be made better and levelers could be located for easier adjustments. I question how long the cords on the door closer springs will last. Ran 5 loads so far - works good.

Most quiet dishwasher

We bought this dishwasher because of the Energy Saver tax free weekend. We have a GE Range and over the stove microwave so this matched the set. Turns out this machine is very quiet. Our old machine was from the 1970s so it was very loud. I can't even hear this one running unless i am very close to it. Now we don't have to turn up the volume on the TV or music when the dishes are washing. We are very pleased with this model.
