We are sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing with drying performance of your dishwasher. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing you. There are a few suggestions we can offer to improve dry performance. Make sure the water entering the dishwasher is a minimum of 120 degrees F. To check the incoming water temperature, run the hot water at the sink closest to the dishwasher for several minutes while measuring the temperature with a candy or meat thermometer. Select the Wash Heat Boost option as this will further heat the water which will aid in the water evaporating from the dishes. Use a Rinse Aid such as Jet Dry as this will help the water sheet off the dishes. You can also use the Dry Boost Normal or Dry Boost High option as described on Page 6 of your Owner's Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55122-4.PDF. You may still find a small amount of water sitting in the bottoms of an inverted cup. If these suggestions do not help with the dry performance, we would encourage you to have the dishwasher checked.
