This dishwasher replaced a 21-year-old dishwasher that had outlived its effectiveness. I barely used it. The new dishwasher does all of the things that it advertised, and it feels good to know that I have a dishwasher that actually cleans, even when I don't rinse everything before putting it in the dishwasher. Plus, it's quiet when it runs. What a pleasure.

Love the 3rd rack for silverware and small things

Big upgrade from my old dishwasher , pluses are 3rd shelf, deeper 2nd shelf and cleans really well. The silverware holder kept hanging up on the door seal so I removed it,the tines on the bottom rack are to far apart, my dishes keep banging against each other, too much play, and I think the cycles are to long as the hour cycle is 124 minutes
