Skype & Microsoft Teams - Doesn't Work!!!

When you are on a call via Skype or Microsoft teams in a laptop, if any notification pops up then the call goes on mute and an error shows...
When i checked with skull candy customer service, they said to switch off all notifications during the call... SERIOUSLY!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
