The control to touch on/off stopped working.

I love the lamp, but one day the on/off touch sensor just stopped working. I haven't been able to find a replacement part to order. I did find an article online that shows how to use a metal washer in its place. Not an ideal fix for me because it involves some manipulating.

I have had this lamp for a while now and I use it for everything! It’s great over a puzzle table because the lights can be spread apart to see all of the pieces clearly. I also love being able to watch a video demonstration when I am knitting or crocheting. The light is perfect to see all the different colors, especially when doing diamond painting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave the OttLite Dual Head LED Floor lamp to my sister who crochets. She said she loves that she can place her tablet on the stand and have the extra light while crocheting blankets and sweaters. Her eyes don’t see the patterns as well so the rotation of the lights are very helpful in seeing her crafting and pattern. The usb outlet makes it helpful to keep her tablet charged . Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this LED Floor Lamp. The lamp is of decent size and can rotate 180 degrees, this is very useful and I love it. The brightness is very good and there are several options available which can be adjusted by just touching. I love that it has a stand, so if I need it I can just add it there to hold my smartphone or tablet. It seems to be of a good quality and I also love that it has a charging USB port. Happy Customer!

Modern bright movable twin light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited when I saw this Dual Shade LED Floor Lamp with USB Charging Station…I loved the modern, futuristic design, height, versatility, and ability to charge my device. By in large it’s met all my expectations, though I do have a minor quibble.
The lamp came in perfect condition, boxed and buffered to keep it safe and sound. There isn’t much to put together, so you’ll be up and running in minutes. There is a single thick bolt to attach the body of the lamp to the base, and it was considerate that they included a wrench to get the job done. It’s probably better to use a socket instead, if you have one handy, as the bolt is inset…and because the included wrench is flat you can scuff the bottom of the base, if that matters to you. It didn’t to me (who sees the bottom of a floor lamp anyway?), but keep it in mind if that’s something that may irk you.
Too you need to attach the shelf that holds your device. You can set it to your desired height, but I kept it close to the power button and usb slot.
Functionally it works perfectly, offering four power levels in regard to brightness. It starts on the highest brightness, and progressively gets dimmer until it turns off. The neck of then lamp can be directed in any direction, and the two heads can me kept together or be turned away from each other…this latter configuration works best if it’s between two chairs meaning to light each area separately. Also the light can be directed downward for task lighting, or upward for broader illumination.
The tray is sturdy and large enough to hold even the largest tablet, and will certainly handle your phone. It powers your device with decent quickness, and the usb connection to my cord is tight and secure.
The lamp is holding up well, looking good as new. I’m hopeful that the neck will not lose its stiffness over time, and so far I have no reason to expect otherwise.
Style-wise you certainly need to have a modern or future aesthetic in your space. It actually has a sterile, almost medical design, giving you light exactly where you need it, so it’s perfect for crafting, puzzles, or needlework. I have mine at my art studio and it’s perfect, giving me even, shadowless illumination on my workspace.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this light, and do recommend. My one complaint is that one of the tiny screws on the tray (I’ve included a picture) isn’t fully tightened, and because of the backing it’s pretty much impossible to get it flush. Still, the tray is plenty secure and I’m not worried about failure, so I left it as is.

Loved it until it stopped working

Like many others report here, I loved it until one day it wouldn’t turn on. Tried a new power supply but that did not help. I guess I was lucky that mine lasted four years before it quit but I won’t spend this kind of money again.
