Front and back cameras are not working

Here is my story.
1. Product has been delivered 10 days later than planned initially, but I understand logistic problem nowadays.
2. I tried to use Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype, Camera, HDCamera and all of these apps are freeze at the moment they require camera. Any camera used applications can not be used.
3. I tryed to contact with Lenovo using chat, but there only virtual agent Lena available there. Lena provided multiple troubleshooting for Windoew 11/10/8.1 and PC BIOS set up, but not for ChroomBook with is Android. Lena asked my Serial Number and when I provided she sayd that it is wrong number. Then looped back to beginning
4. I tried to schedule phone call with techsupport, I filled form but one two field are not editable: Tryme zoone is always selected with Newfoundland zone, and time windows has empty drop down box, so there is no way to submit phone call request.
5. Google this problem and found that many people complain about same issue - cameras are not working
I see only one solution - return this item and try other brand. Dell has similar product but more expensive.

I've been looking for a good successor to the Nexus Android tablets. This is it. Updates straight from Google for 8 years. Stereo top mounted speakers with good sound. Android apps work fine. Web apps are excellent on Chrome OS' tablet mode. Chrome OS has been made into an excellent tablet os. This is a great device for anyone who enjoys tablets.
