Simple Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone who has no experience working with wiring, the installation was a lot easier than I thought. In order to use this switch properly you have to download the C by GE app. Since I don't have a smart home device, I only used the smart switch for my light bulbs. I tried to setup automatic controls but the experience wasn't an easy as I thought.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better for inner city with strong WiFi connections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavily disappointed in the quality of the product compared to the hype. The control and updates for these devices relays solely on Bluetooth despite having a constant wifi connection and the app demands location be turned on all the time because of this, which would be alright in a larger city that has more towers for WiFi signals to bounce from. For my suburb/rural area — this frankly sucks. It’s nice - when it wants to work through the app or my google home. As many times as it has worked, the hasn’t has doubled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy i got Smart switch .It was very easy to install lightweight .Easy to use I can use my voice to turn on and off my switch .It matches my wall color .I will be re on mending the Smart Switch to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never seen anything like these. They are awesome! Hooks up with wifi to work from phone anywhere. Links with Alexa for when your hands are dirty or wet! Very handy and helpful. Would like to have few more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart Switch was easy to install used with Google Assistant! Downloaded app lightbulb in and Ta Da! You can control it away from home, Set timers even do voice control must have Wi-Fi ! Paddle style white matched existing feature in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didnt realize all of the specialty functions this switch offered (as long as you have wifi) but it is rather convenient, takes some time getting used to vs. the standard old school ones, now I will just have to get these for the other rooms in the house!
