I had high expectations for this toaster due to its reviews. However, after using it, it was very disappointing. This toaster can not toast the bread on both side. I have to return it.

Works and toasts as it should, advert said Bagel setting toasted one side actual toaster does both sides. Not crazy about the white color or the cord storage underneath.

Very uneven toasting, one side dark and one side light. Not all of the heating elements get hot. This was the very reason I bought this toaster and junked the old one! Seems to be a common issue with all brands after looking at reviews.
