I like the temperature dial on the toaster. It also has 4 buttons on the side - Bagel, Defrost, Reheat, & Cancel. Very easy to use. I like the black finish that matches my other appliances.

I generally like the toaster. My only complaint is that it toasts half of the bread, bagel, muffin, etc. well, leaving the other half too light, requiring the item to be re-inserted after an 180 degree turn.
