Product looks great. I love the lift option on smaller pieces of bread so you don't jam your fingers in to get it. Only negative I have found was the temperature control is VERY sensitive. I recommend putting it on 2 for toast, and repeating for desired doneness. Great price too. I would buy this product again.

Toaster works fine but electrical cord is very stiff and is attached to the front of the toaster instead of the back, therefore in the way of all settings.

It's taking some trial and error to get different foods toasted properly with this toaster. Thinner frozen waffles with the selection set at number 3, along with the defrost button, come out perfectly. At first it burned bagels and "thick and fluffy" frozen waffles until I realized I should use the number 2 setting for them.
The best thing is that all the artisan bread slices I've tried fit in the slots nicely. This wasn't mentioned in the description or any other reviews, and it should be - I was very happy to discover it.

This toaster does not toast both sides of the toast at the same time. Furthermore it toasts unevenly with one end getting more toasted than the other so you're not only have to switch it to the other slot but to rotate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
