Toasts on only one side. We have to flip bread and toast a second a time, and hope it doesn’t burn in the process. We’re very disappointed.

I received this toaster as a gift, and I could not be more pleased. The cancel button is a VERY good idea! I also love the lever that lifts the toast out of the toasting slot. Another fabulous idea! This works so well, and I am so happy to have a new toaster!

Toasts two slices okay, but toasts one slice unevenly. At setting 4 (medium) one side of the slice toasted okay, but the other side was too dark and blackened in spots. Filed a warranty claim and received a replacement toaster with the same problem. Decided to buy another brand that has a setting for toasting one slice evenly.
