Toaster looks good but I do not like the bagel setting. Previous models I have had only toast the inside of the bagel. This toaster shows no difference if the bagel setting is on or off.

Temperature control does not work well. I have to toast the bread a second time to just get a medium color even though I have it turned all the way up. Years ago when you used the darkest setting your toast would be burnt now it isn’t even brown. Many things have improved over the years, this toaster isn’t one of them. By the way, I only rated this 3 stars but when they put the review up they changed it to 4
