I’d give this toaster a higher rating because it’s a great toaster for toast. Unfortunately, the bagel setting does not change the toaster function at all—same level of toasting on both sides of the bagel as on regular toast.

Inside elements does not toast even with outer elements. So one side of bread is toasted more then other. It does this with both slots.

Unfortunately this toaster doesn’t toast evenly on both sides, one side burns while the other stays light, we need to flip toast half way in order to avoid this.

Toasts well but no tension on the level of darkness dial. It falls lower each time the toast pops up. You have to make sure you reset it before you toast again.
