The dial button for how high you want something toasted is too loose and easily gets misaligned but doable.

We've had this toaster for a few weeks and while the features are nice, it seems to be stuck in the "Bagel" mode. The led indicator is not lit though. When toasting bread on the normal setting, the toast browns more on one side than the other as if it were set for a bagel. Otherwise it's a great toaster.

So far so good! It seems toasters now a days do not have a long life expectancy.
Spending more doesn't seem to do the trick. We were satisfied with the cost and it is easy to use. It hasn't failed our expectations.!

Purchased this product for the small footprint that allows storage inside kitchen cabinet when not in use. Product does not toast evenly on both sides of bread, one side is darker than the other. Packaged securely and delivered quickly by Amazon

We bought this because it is white and matches the rest of the white kitchen and white Cuisinart appliances! It is working nicely now. Time will tell if it lasts longer than other brands of similar but slightly cheaper toasters.

Bought for my wife who is very particular about toast. Found it toasted uneven on different sides. Have scoured the reviews and this toaster may be as good as any others. There may not be a toaster out there that toasts evenly.
