I've always had problems with toasters working correctly, but decided if any brand would work, Cuisinart would. I haven't been disappointed. Works just fine and have had no problems whatsoever.

We bought this about 1 month ago. This is the third one of the same model. We love it but it does toast a little bit uneven. The orther,s did too so that is why we bought a new one. It is much better, but not perfect.
