This was a replacement toaster. My expectations were high because of the Cuisinart name. Unfortunately, I found there was very unequal toasting on my bread slices. Not much better than the toaster I replaced.

I have purchased other Cuisinart products in the past..this one does not live up to the expectations. The main problem is it under toasts and one side cooks more than the other.

Toasts faster, works on toast, waffles and baggels. I’m really glad I replaced the big one. Now I have alot more room on my counter
