Not the best toaster I have bought. I never know how the toast is going to come out. It seems to toast dark on one side and light on the other

Does not brown evenly, one end gets browned before the whole slice. Like the ease of disposing of the crumbs.

I am disappointed as the toast is not toasting evenly. It seems that a heating element on one side of a one slot is not working. I feel it would be a nuisance to try and return it. I received it as a gift for Christmas and no longer have original packaging.

I bought this toaster back in July,2017. Appearance is great. I have toasted 2 pieces of white bread at 2 and no more than 3. The toast at 3 is almost black. I wanted to try it at 6 or 7 but would have to have my fire extinguisher ready. I also have toasted English muffins and bagels and they have come out perfect.
