Not terribly impressed with this toaster. I've found the toasting to be uneven and the bagel button just adds time instead of toasting just one side.
I would NOT purchase this toaster again

This is a toaster that gives the user so many options. Lets you select the type of bread you want to toast and the finish product whether you want to enjoy toast, bagel, muffin, etc.

Stay away from this model. Wish i never purchased it. Does NOT toast evenly. Burn inside while outside is not toasted and thats on low mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
