First, what I admire about this toaster: looks very good sitting on my counter. The feature button labels are easy to read and all work well. I have toasted bagels, regular bread, defrosted such and reheated. The only reason I did not give a five-star rating is the fact the bread does not toast evenly on both sides. The inner side is darker than the outer; however, this is just a minor inconvenience. The price was very reasonable.

I only tried the toaster option , didn’t try the bagel or defrost option but I’m very happy with it, it cools down very fast also which is a good thing if you prefer to put it inside a cabinet.

This toaster is terrific. It takes up NO extra space, works beautifully, and has very easy adjustments (for a bagel, or to end the toasting process). I't great.

I like the toaster. Has a setting for bagels and because of design you can toast a longer slice of bread or the cut from a round loaf without having to size it to fit.

It doesn't pull fown easily. I had another toaster that was better. I am sorry that i had to replace it. This toaster is cheap and not a good value for the money.

This toaster is crap. It dies not pop up all the way do I have to hold the lever up to take out the toast. Also, English muffins burns on the bottom without the top getting toasted
