It’s an okay toaster for the price. Doesn’t work as described but it will toast. Bagel feature does nothing different. To get a light to medium color it needs to be almost on full time.

Toaster does everything it says on the box - toasts all size breads from thin slice to bagels, can defrost bread before toasting, keeps toast warm - has a setting for everything and is simple to use. Love this toaster and the price is so reasonable. Highly recommend.

At first I was skeptical, the toaster felt lightweight and kind of flimsy. Once I started using it though... the quality is obvious. It doesn't need to be heavy to make evenly toasted bread, it just needs to have proper heating elements that work well and are finely adjustable. In short, this is probably the best toaster I've ever had.
