first one failed after less than a year, took a while to get the replacement, they make you cut the cord and send a picture meaning if anyone wanted to fix it they couldn't and ensuring it goes into a landfill, seems not entirely forward thinking

The lever doesn't come up all the way when doing a bagel. The bagel light goes off but it doesn't pop up the bagel. I had to nudge the lever to get it to pop up.

I finally replaced my toaster after 30 years. This toasters works well. I am still getting use to it. I finally got the right timing for English Muffin. I use Seven and press bagel. Comes out just about perfect. Still experimenting with different types of bread. Overall, a good purchase.
