This is a great little chopper/grinder. It does the job well and is easy to clean. My only suggestion would be better directions. Both the bowl and he lid need to be in a specific position for the chopper to work. I figured this out, but it is not clear anywhere in the instructions.

Just this morning my wife was making cookies and needed to chop up some walnuts. This little chopper/grinder did a fabulous job. Then she has to turn some oatmeal in to oat dust. Again, the grinding option did an excellent job. I think of this as a miniature food processor. Chopping and grinding--this does a great job..

Great little food processor. I had the large Cuisinart food processor with all the different attachments and loved it. Unfortunately, I just don't have the space after downsizing my residence. This little guy takes up minimum space but is great for chopping garlic, onions and more. It's also great for making sauces, pesto and more.

This is exactly what I needed when I have situations that call for a small to moderate amount of food to be processed, without having to haul out the big processes and all it's parts. This is super simplified yet still powerful. Easy to clean also and there is enough room for things like guacamole etc. I wanted to mention as well that the cord winds up into a channel underneath the machine for a streamlined storage. Would highly recommend!
