After registering the product I went to use it and it did not work. I had my husband look at it and he confirmed it just would not turn on. Sadly returned it. Was larger than my old one and I was looking forward to many years of chopping.

I use a large food processor often. It is too large to do small jobs - chopping garlic, nuts and other items for a recipe for two people. This Cuisinart chopper/grater is just the right size for these smaller tasks. It doesn't take up much room and does a fine job.

I have not been making some of my favorite recipes because I had to use my old blender to get the consistency of the food right. It would take forever and be very loud. I finally broke down and bought this chopper/grinder. Does the job in half (or a quarter) the time, and nowhere near as loud. It also takes up much less space in the cabinet. I love this thing!

The only reason why I gave this product 4 stars is because I have to hold the unit while working the function buttons, otherwise I love the way it chops and grinds and the size is perfect for my use. If I have a lot to chop/grind, I just use it 2x.
