I bought this to replace another brand that is good and very popular, but was so hard to use and the end product was always very difficult to get out of the container. I have many other Cuisinart products and am always very happy with them and this one I enjoy the most. So easy to assemble, use, clean, and love the the reverse button. I use this more than I ever did of that other brand because Cuisinart makes life easy!

Very basic, no options. Small but convenient for quick jobs. No ability to add food while appliance is running. Ability to add liquid while running (like pesto) is limited to a very small hole in the top which was not useful for adding a quantity of olive oil. Mostly I use this when my inversion blender would be awkward.
