I have been trying to replace an old small chopper that finally broke. After buying two other brands I ended up hating I found this one and love. it. Easy to use and unload and reload. That was the key. 5 star for me.

Received this as a gift and was so excited. It’s packs a punch as a processor, but I’ve had several issues with removing the lid. The last time before I actually put food into it, I put the lid on to see if it would cooperate and I haven’t been able to get it off since. I’ll probably end up having to get a replacement for the top half - VERY DISAPPOINTING.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This little thing is a workhorse! I had my original for about 15 years. I would honestly still have it, but it was less expensive to replace it, than buy a replacement canister. I'm glad I did. The newer version seems to have more horsepower and glides through all of our small prep. We LOVE this little winner!!
