I love that you can lift the lever and see how dark your toast is and just let it go if it isn’t dark enough or hit cancel if it’s done. The settings are simple to use and just enough. Not too many to overwhelm you but cover everything you want a good toaster to do.

There is a groove on top between the black and silver toasting part which crumbs get into every time you toast something. Feel like I have to clean it out everyday. Obviously, a woman wasn't part of the design! It toasts ok, but not evenly. Wish I would have kept my old toaster. For the money, thought I was getting a good product!
