This was a product not up to Cuisinart’s standards. The mechanism felt cheap and the toaster stopped toasting both sides of the bread within two eeeks. I returned to the store.

Looked at reviews and agree with the good reviews. I liked that the toaster has a sleek, modern look. It has a lot of features, toasts well, and touch controls that are hidden until you turn it on. Inside metal is solid and not flimsy like some of the cheaper toasters, but still comes in at a reasonable price. Great toaster.

Great toaster, need better set up instructions

I love the toaster! It is very easy to use. The only negative I have, which has nothing to do with the function of the toaster, is that the label attached to the toaster that replicates the buttons is too realistic in the manner that it is affixed to the toaster in that it is difficult to see that it is indeed a label. It took me a few minutes to realize that the functions of the toaster were not working because there was a label over the actual selections. Perhaps, it might be prudent to add a comment to remove the label over panel prior to use so that it is obvious that there is a label.
