Good coffee and thou CR gave it a great rating seems a little pricey for the features. The decanter top could use some work, REALY cheap and doesn’t stay in place

The coffeemaker works fine. We wanted a new coffeemaker that was quiet, and we like the feature where we can turn off the chime. However, the coffeemaker makes a lot of gurgling noises and pops as it is brewing. In other words, it is still noisy without the chime.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large capacity pot, pours well. I took temp of water in coffee as it was brewing and it was at the perfect 200 degrees. Filter bucket empties easily and has option to use the screen filter without paper.

If you need a large brew, this is the unit that fits the bill. 14 cups or 7 mugs is brilliant. We have a big, coffee drinking family. It satisfies our family with a good cup done quickly. This purchase is our third one in 20 years.
