The 14-cup coffeemaker is very easy to set up and use. The display is easy to use and understand. I like how you can select the strength of coffee and the temperature of the warmer.

The first all touch Black coffee maker was returned, okayed by Cuisinart, because the lid leaked always but most distressing was the hard and loud knocking noise it made when.the coffeemaker was turned on to brew. So loud it would wake you up, sending the noise up the stairs from the kitchen! The one sent to me, to take its place, is now making the same loud knocking noise. I LOVE the flat touch screen, but sadly realize that this problem is obviously inherent.

Really pleased with this coffeemaker! I love the touch screen design, water filter and especially the BOLD feature for a stronger cup of coffee. My sister recommended this brand of coffee maker to me and she has had her Cuisinart for many years. Thank you for a quality product.

Purchased this coffee maker October 12th, 2023. We just started to get an error code (erL) and I have to unplug the coffee maker and plug it back in to reset it and then have to re-enter the time and auto-brew time again. Very frustrating.
