This is the best coffee maker I've ever owned. First of all, the coffee I normally use comes out so much more delicious and smooth, I'd swear it was an expensive brand. Second, the controls are simplicity itself and logically laid out. I used to just have my coffee in the morning, but now I look forward to having a couple of cups after dinner, like a dessert.

This machine makes excellent coffee once you get it dialed in. Not the easiest to program, but doable with practice. Water chamber difficult to fill with included pot due to lid of machine.

Built well and makes a great pot of coffee. Once you go through the programming it's fairly easy, though the first time or two it can be rough. You have to be ready for the weight of 14 cups.
